Rotorua Nordic Walking and fitness class

Nordic walking is the latest way to improve your fitness and have fun! The technique utilises the upper body helping to improve posture and burns 30% more energy than regular walking. The poles also provide added support for those with balance problems or back, hip and knee pain allowing better and more sustained exercise. The group walks in different areas of Rotorua each week- come along and give it a try!
